Climb Mt. Toubkal on this three-day trekking tour through the wilderness. Explore the most spectacular places in the Atlas Mountains including the valley of Imlil, the Toubkal Massif, and the shrine of Sidi Chamharouch before reaching the peak of Jebel Toubkal at 4,167m — the highest point in North Africa.
Pickup from your hotel at around 8:30 am. Drive south through gorges and high passes to the Berber town of Imlil at 1,740m. Enjoy a glass of mint tea before setting out on a 4 km hike through Berber villages. Stop at Armed and Sidi Chamharouch in the Assif Ait Mizane Valley for sightseeing and a picnic with views of Jebel Toubkal. Arrive at the Toubkal Refuge at 3,207m for overnight.
Start the day with the climb up to North Africa's highest peak, Mt Toubkal. Descend via the south circuit for a straightforward 2–3 hour return to the Refuge.
Return up Mt Toubkal, then back down to camp for lunch before walking back to Imlil for pickup and transfer back to Marrakech.
